PERIPARTAL CARDIOMYOPATHY CLINICAL CASE

A 35-year-old patient, a native of Uzbekistan, had shortness breath and swelling the lower extremities at 35th week fourth pregnancy. She gave birth 39th gestational naturally. Symptoms progressed within 3 months after delivery: ascites hydrothorax appeared. According to echocardiography, dilation heart chambers was detected, left ventricular ejection fraction 30%. diagnosis peripartal cardiomyopathy (CMP) complicated by CHF third degree established. During 10 days treatment, manifestations HF decreased significantly.
